What is the goal for social media marketing?
The goal is to invite, invoke, and inspire your new or existing customer (scrolling on their phone) to make an appointment with you. Yes, we want exposure, likes but we really want booked appointments.

Step 1: Document your work
We all know it takes a lot run a business, serve your clients, and market your brand. Let's make it as easy as possible, systematic, consistent, and authentic.
Your phone most likely has a pretty high resolution camera.
Lighting in your studio is all on, open curtains, and add more lights if your photos or videos look noisy.
Clean Background; the background of your photos should look nice and if possible add your branding or products in the background.
Take as many photos as possible or getting ready, prepping for clients, applying products to clients, and even after glo photos with the client. After all we are sharing the experience you create at your studio.
Experiment making Videos. Use a Tripod for your Phone or DSLR Camera.
Make sure your video is smooth.
Clips should be 7 seconds or longer for Instagram Reels.
Document: ask customers if you may document the before, during and after results.
Once you have your content for your studio or salon, post consistently to help the algorithms share your content more.
